Restaurant Order Management ("the App") helps restaurants manage orders, customers, billing, and reports. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains how information is handled.

2. Information We Collect

a. Business & Order Data

The App stores information entered by the user, including:

• Orders and order history
• Menu items and pricing
• Invoices and sales reports

b. Customer Information (Optional)

If entered by the user, the App may store customer name and phone number. This data is used only to identify returning customers, apply loyalty benefits, or share invoices when initiated by the user.

c. iCloud Sync (Optional)

If iCloud sync is enabled, data is stored securely in the user’s private iCloud database. Apple manages encryption and access. We do not access or view this data.

3. How Information Is Used

• To create and manage restaurant orders
• To generate invoices and receipts
• To display sales and operational reports
• To sync data across the user’s devices (if iCloud is enabled)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. Data is shared only when the user explicitly chooses to share an invoice (for example, via WhatsApp or email).

5. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored locally on the device. When iCloud sync is enabled, data is encrypted and stored securely using Apple CloudKit infrastructure.

6. User Control

• Customer data can be edited or removed at any time
• iCloud sync can be disabled from settings
• All data can be removed by uninstalling the App

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit for optional sync and system sharing features for invoice sharing. No advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs are used.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for business use and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated occasionally. Updates will be reflected on this page.
