Restaurant Order Management ("the App") helps restaurants manage orders, customers, billing, and reports. Your privacy is important to us, and this policy explains how information is handled.
The App stores information entered by the user, including:
If entered by the user, the App may store customer name and phone number. This data is used only to identify returning customers, apply loyalty benefits, or share invoices when initiated by the user.
If iCloud sync is enabled, data is stored securely in the user’s private iCloud database. Apple manages encryption and access. We do not access or view this data.
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. Data is shared only when the user explicitly chooses to share an invoice (for example, via WhatsApp or email).
Data is stored locally on the device. When iCloud sync is enabled, data is encrypted and stored securely using Apple CloudKit infrastructure.
The App uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit for optional sync and system sharing features for invoice sharing. No advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs are used.
The App is intended for business use and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
